Enjoy the addition of elderberries infused into our smooth creamed honey.  Elderberries are a superfood high in antioxidants and add a tangy goodness to our creamed honey.  The flavor of elderberries might be described as a similar to blackberries, with a little tartness mixed with the sweetness.  Our flavored creamed honey is crafted in small batches by our owners.
